Allergy-Friendly Establishments

Establishments that have earned their way onto this list truly have earned it -- they went above and beyond to safely accommodate my anaphylactic allergy requirements and provide me a most enjoyable experience. They seemed to truly care for my well-being... and they did so while preserving my dignity. I cannot thank them enough, or adequately express my appreciation to them -- they took away my anxiety and enabled me to feel as comfortable as I had felt before my anaphylactic diagnosis.


I strongly suggest you explain your allergy requirements in advance of your visit for hotel stays, and, if possible, for restaurnt dining experiences. If you cannot call the restaurant in advance, sharing your flash card is the other alternative that boosts your odds for a safe experience.
